The process of data recovery begins with free diagnostics.
All media are different, as well the data on it, so it is necessary to make a diagnosis to determine the reason the data is unavailable or faulty and which would be the most efficient approach to recover the data.
If the client agrees on the offered price after the completion of the diagnosis, we start to recover the data. The cost of data recovery does not depend on the memory size or type of data on the media, but solely on the type of failure.
After we complete the procedure, the client can preview the list of saved data through our Client Portal.
We deliver the recovered data to the client on the valid media (hard disk drive, USB stick) supplied or purchased by the client.
Delivery of the recovered data is free, and for security reasons, we keep a copy of the data for 10 days.
We have made over 10,000 diagnostics with over 90% of data recovery success across all types of media - which has firmly placed us in a leading position in the data rescue sector.
All media can be submitted personally to our address or sent by one of the courier services. After receiving the media, we start with a series of tests, ie a free diagnostics procedure to determine the category of failure.
We take special care in providing all clients with maximum privacy and data security in accordance with GDPR, which is further guaranteed by the signature of the Data Privacy Agreement.
DataSector agrees to keep all information disclosed during the data recovery service private and confidential. The privacy of your information is our professional obligation.
